"Cute little units, but they require $50 pet rent PER pet! That’s a pet deposit up front, plus an extra $1200 a year for 2 doggies under 15lbs each. It’s a bummer because otherwise, I would have put in an application. After pet rent and bills the $600 studio would be more like $850."
