"I had my first opportunity to witness the racism a black man can experience when dealing with a white person, in this case Sonya the park mngr. this gentleman was there to pick up medical equipment on behalf of my late father who lived there. I was not there so he called me and went to Sonya so she could confirm with me bc he felt uncomfortable as a black man entering an apartment with no one home. She refused three times. He left so I called her and she tried to deny it but when she acknowledged he was on his phone I told her it was me and what she had said. I then asked to speak with her boss and she hung up."
"Our Mother lives in this complex...and has always had issues with moisture and mold. The office is always closed, as the manager is never there."
"My mother lived at these apartments for a little over a year ... She was in the process of trying to get out of her lease and move out because she was convinced that the 7 smart meters on the outside wall of her bedroom apartment were emitting dangerous amounts of EMF radiation , she had all the side effects of radiation exposure ...she developed a dangerous heart arrhythmia , nose bleeds , uncontrollable high blood pressure ,extreme fatigue and extreme dizziness , the manager wouldn't take her concerns seriously, she was in the process of moving out when on the night of 06/20/18 she suffered a massive stroke , now she is in a nursing home unable to speak or walk .... Before she moved in these apartments she was a vibrant active 80 year old , the end apartments are very dangerous and should be condemned ... If you go ahead and decide to move in , document any health problems because they are sure to come ...do research on the health dangers of smart meter radiation."
"Very unorganized, unprofessional cheaply Built very cheaply Built rent and deposit is way way way to high for these we have been here months with no cable the washer broke the handyman service is horrible stay away please"
