Bridge Creek Apartments

"We moved in a few weeks ago and have had a roach problem the apartment above us is being gutted out atm but the bug people they call didn’t do a good job at all the first time left puddles of poison in the draws and didn’t spray all the cabinets they also turnt on our oven and left it on while we were gone! The have gotten worse sense and are having another spray in a couple days! They said everything was just done in the apartment the counters are scuffed up the corners weren’t cleaned on the floor and the toilet pipe has been leaking all over the bathroom floor in both bathrooms and still have yet to see maintenance even tho we have mentioned it multiple times. The trim is also messed up in the living room and our newborns room it is 2 inches away from the actual floor itself the fist sized holes that were previously here from the previous tenants were not patched up properly and are very noticeable. The trim in the third bedroom was coming off the wall the time of move in maintenance said they were going to fix it asap still have had not progress on that either we have trim missing in a few spots around the kitchen and hallway as well that were just painted over for it to look better but it is very noticeable . One of our bathroom draws we’re also painted shut and we are not able to open it either! We will also be repainting because the paint job was very poorly done and there is paint pealing away in quite a few spots. So far our experience has not been good and we have been thinking about moving already hoping to see a change around within the next few weeks! If not we will not be staying much longer."

"Melanie made every step of the way easy, and answered questions very quickly. Glad to see they are making upgrades to the apartments. A secluded location which I prefer. The one bedroom unit is very spacious and has plenty of storage."

"I want to say this review is not on Melanie she was very sweet professional and helpful. This review is on the property. Long story short was denied because of a repo that had fallen off my credit and a Verizon cell phone bill. Though I have great payment history as well as renters history. Wasted almost 80$ for that. These places are not that great to deny people for the stupidest reasons. Built in the 70s and a little rundown y’all need to rethink your policy on approval. Don’t waste your time unless you have great credit like a 625 or higher and no life changing things on your credit you will just be out money. Ridiculous. If I could demand a refund I would but we know that won’t get any justice."
