"I've lived here 1 year, and by far, it is the best apartment complex I have lived in. The ladies in the office are always so helpful. The location is great! Tulsa Hills shopping center and Hwy 75 are just around the corner. I have great neighbors, and I haven't had an issue with bugs!"

"Here's an update to my review.. January 22,2024 The parking lot is a solid sheet of ice and they won't treat it to make it safe for us to drive. I almost slid into 3 different cars trying to park after work today. I called the office and they said they have no plans to do anything to make it safe! Outrageous!!! i have lived here about 9 months. I'm so disappointed in this property. My apartment is nothing like the model I was shown. The kitchen is so small and definitely not updated. The carpet looks like it's been there for 10+ years. The bathroom mirror looks just as old. My car window has been busted twice. Get it together Arden Overlook. I will not renew my lease."

"I have dealt with Candy in the leasing office for almost a year now. She has been amazing and always very responsive. It’s a quiet and peaceful community with a great recreational area for kids. The outdoor fireplace is a great place to hang out and drink hot coffee as you grill. Overall it’s been a great experience and our family feels safe."

"I'm not sure how much more I can take with the level of service not given. Here we are a month later and I;m without air conditioning again. After being told they would be there first thing in the morning I took off work only to have no one show up. I called the office and was told they would call me back and no one every did. I can't keep taking off work and still have the same problems. There is still a leak in the kitchen and all the cabinets in the apartment are rotted. As a tenant what is the next step when your stuck in a lease and are still expected to uphold your end of it but the property management isn't upholding their end of? Not happy at all!!! With the heat being as hot as it is I’ve been without my air conditioning for a complete week now and I complained and made a maintenance request a month ago about it not working properly. There is a lot of passing the buck and I’m not happy about it! I’ve purchased a portable air conditioner for the upstairs however it’s not working properly because it’s too hot! As of 6:45am it was 88 degrees in my unit!!! My cabinets are wood rotted and there is still a leak in the kitchen floor that I was told to just put down a towel…. It’s funny because I’m just trying to keep from crying….This isn’t helping with any of my medical conditions at all! Oh one good thing is they did replace my dishwasher!"
