We needed to move out pretty quickly and I was very pleased with the entire staff and how accommodating and helpful they were. My boyfriend and I are first time apartment renters and this was a very stressful time for us and they made everything super easy! I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place! :)"

I'm sure it was flagged as inappropriate but it wasn't so let's do this again Lived here for 2 years and now they want to raise rent $300. There are mice and roaches infesting every apartment in the complex and they still want to jack the prices through the roof knowing full well there's nowhere else for the people in this complex which has been low income for years. They know they're pushing out the poor people and whoever owns it now doesn't care. I saw you call this a false claim but can't see it now. The previous property management company had multiple. Just because I gave up reporting because it never helps doesn't mean I'm lying but I mean if you want me to add pictures I'd be MORE than happy to prove my claim with photographic evidence of what the property actually looks like and not what they use to advertise. They're vastly different."

"Great property! Now that Keyrenter property management has taken over, it’s actually being managed properly. Maintenance is taken care of almost immediately, management is easy to work with, and their online systems are seamless. I can finally pay rent and submit maintenance requests online rather than go into the office. Would highly recommend living here if you want a clean, well-maintained, and affordable community."
