Crescent Park Apartments

"I have lived here 2 different times throughout my lifetime. First time was in the late 70's, second time was in the late '90s. Both of my experiences were great. Are the apartments old? Yes, but that's also why the living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms are so large. Kitchens are "galley" kitchens, efficient, not huge. As I said, both experiences 20 years apart were great. I had no problems with bugs or leaks. I loved that utilities were included in the rent. (Don't know if that's still the case.) I will refer anyone I know to these apartments."

"I lived here a month ago, and it was terrible. The roaches are there no matter how clean you are. They let a leak from the 2nd floor keep going on for 5 months. The landlord stole $800 from us saying we never paid our rent but we paid it. Don't live here."

"If a place could have negative stars this is the place that deserves. Manager is trash. Haven’t lived there in 3 years and had a package shipped there and stopped in to see it was in the office. The “manager” was rude from the beginning and not helpful at all. She seemed very bitter and angry good thing I wasn’t a potential new resident.I told her I would write a negative review and her response was please do.. smh I stopped and talked to my old neighbors and told them what happened. They explained the new the Management doesn’t care about anything or anyone much less their residents! Don’t know how this place hasn’t been condemned..."

"Who ever u people are praising this slum Lord are stupid. No gas for 2 weeks....very rarely hot water....drains plugged ....walls cracking from sinking foundation...no a/c. No heat in December and January. Completely old and fake revviews"

"My family lived here for 3+ plus years... I dealt with bedbugs... Outdated appliances and old carpet that someone come out & "steam cleaned" rather just replacing with new. I dealt with leaky pipes coming from my ceiling due to 20 year copper piping that was never replaced..the shifty maintenance simply "fixed" it for it began to leak shortly after they left. This caused molding in carpet of my walkway. I have children & nothing was done or offered to pardon all the unacceptable living conditions. I stuck it out with these people when new management bought the property & raised rent from 2bd...1½ @ $700 a month to a whopping $898 a month. No renovations where made to my unit . I wasn't even offered a alternate unit of the similar size or sort that was already renovated.. Shortly after rent went up almost $200 about four months after I was served and eviction notice even tho I paid my rent. Sue Smith was by far thee most unreasonable & angry person I've ever had to grit & bare ! DO NOT MOVE HERE!"
