"Real property Management is a horrible rental company. I moved into an apartment not knowing I was responsible for the gas bill. 6 months after moving in my gas was turned off. I was told they made a mistake and would pay it the duration of my lease. 60 days later I received a "courtesy" email saying I had to start paying 30 in gas. They admitted to not advertising the apartment correctly but told me I was still responsible evn threatened me with court and said I would not win.i have recently put in 10 requests for my ac. No work done. The complex is trashy and they are a horrible company"

"Do not rent here(or from the parent company, TMW LLC ) While the on site property management was conscientious about necessary repairs while we were living there, they were particularly bad about properly screening new tenants or dealing with problematic tenants. This led to a wide array of things undesirable in ones neighbors ranging from the inconvenient to the criminal. Despite reporting these various issues to on site property management on a regular basis, nothing was done. A list follows: Tenants and their 'guest's (who essentially lived there but we're never required to be screened and put on a lease) openly selling drugs inside and outside of their apartments. These included marijuana, methamphetamines, and cocaine (I would regularly find small dropped veggies of these on the property). Tenants and their 'guests' having domestick disputes and participating in non-domestic physical assaults outside and inside apartments. Tenants intoxicated/high enough to not no where (and in some cases who) they were physically accepting other tenants. Bullets and spent shells found on property and near vehicles of drug dealing tenants. Tenants and 'guests' parking in/blocking firelanes, exit gates, and route through parking lot. Tenants keeping derelict (non-working) vehicles on property for months at a time, as well as vehicles with year+ expires tags, some of which were illegally altered. Tenants parking across multiple parking spaces. Tenants regularly leaving trash bags outside their apartment doors for days at a time rather than take them to the dumpster (including relatives of property managers). Tenants leaving empty liquor bottles and assorted other trash all over the property. Tenants leaving their dogs off leash, and sometimes totally unaccompanied, to roam the property. For our own safety, we moved out, but after 60 days and approximately half a dozen requests we were denied any refund on our deposit. Originally this was attributed to cleaning and 'other issues'. After further inquiries the professional cleaning was far over valued (almost $300 for a two bedroom), and the only 'other issues' due to us were screw holes from mounting shelves that required spackle and two blinds. Unless you want to live in a dangerous drug den, and be ripped off when it comes to your deposit, do not rent here. In fact, in February, there was a shooting here as well, involving individuals i reported multiple times to on site management and law enforcement."
