"They gave me a smaller unit than what I applied for/got accepted for but charged me as if I was living in the larger unit and completely blew me off when I tried to address it with them several times. There were also amenities listed on the website that were not available at all or not available for several months (the pool that hasn’t been ready for years, the “basketball court”, the laundry room, and the gym). For the most part when I lived here, the complex itself was disgusting, my guests felt bad enough to the point where they’d clean the complex because they noticed trash had been out there for days. They cut off water when doing maintenance without notifying anyone first, the maintenance men have walked in my unit several times before announcing themselves without notice or without me putting in a request, and simple requests like them to fix a piece on my door have been ignored, leading the entire complex to hear EVERYTHING that what went on in my unit. When I moved in my unit was disgusting and roach infested and I had to make several maintenance requests during the first few months to make it even liveable because it was dirty, the ac did not work (I moved in mid May) and my countertops had to be resurfaced because the cleaning lady that preps the units quit halfway through her job. Several tenants complained about rats, roaches, and mold being in their units as well but I myself have only experienced roaches. Residents of the complex were shooting off guns in the complex on the 4th of july and nothing was done about that either. The staff and the residents are kind for the most part but pretty incoherent when it comes to problem solving and it’s usually pretty quiet around there but besides that I literally would not recommend this place to anyone."

"AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! My daughter lives here. TERRIBLE! Roaches everywhere. Neighbors dog barks all night. Everything is old and falling apart. Pool is covered and standing in stagnant water. Maintenance is useless. The property manager is an absolute joke. She is rude, treats tenants like they are beneath her, and does nothing to help them. This place is a nightmare."

"If you like having roaches and mice in your apartment, this is the place for you! Not to mention that they do not offer tours of the unit before you sign the lease. The property manager can never be reached, and when you leave a message she never calls you back. Plus, do not expect the pool to be open during the summer time, their maintenance workers rarely get to your work orders."

"Only live here if you like issues being painted over, roaches, mice, incompetent repair people, and zero issues being addressed (even if it's something like A/C and your water heater). The front office no longer accepts packages, so I don't know why they are there other than to scam interested people out of $900 a month. Those packages will be stolen off your doorstep and the front office will be no help in lending camera footage for recovery, if you can even contact them (9/10 times that's a no). You'd think for $900 a month out of my pocket, this company would be able to afford decent pest control, proper hot water and A/C, and at least partially knowledgeable staff. If I could give negative stars I would. 0/10 AVOID AT ALL COST."

"I just moved in to my apt .I am really pleased with It .All the employees have been extremely nice and helpful with any issue I have brought to there attention it's super quiet no nonsense to deal with nobody hanging around in parking lot or annoying situations. I'm very curious as to why people come on here bashing the place if it was really bad like some of them say you would think they would have moved by now and not stayed years.just seems a lil bizarre if u ask me .Anyways I love my apt and the apartments just wanted to come on here and say that because this is we're I live and I haven't seen anything like some of the things being told on here.
