"Guessing I have dodged a bullet with this complex. I have tried to get in touch with them for over 6 months and nobody responds to the inquiry page on their website and neither of the numbers listed on the banner outside the complex pick up. They’re both San Diego numbers and if you ask me, these are just greedy investors/realtors “managing” the complex thousands of miles from here. Sounds like they don’t even care to have your money, let alone care about your needs. I’ve gone to see the complex a couple times from outside the gates and there are never more than 8 cars in the whole complex. Most of them with tags from all over the nation so the people leaving reviews about management listing the apts as airbnbs does check out. Not sure who would want random strangers as neighbors all the time. The company seems ghost so I’m not sure how they keep the lights on."

"DO NOT live here! They don’t tell you that most of the units are Airbnb rentals so once you move in you will be stuck dealing with constant noise and drug use. Marijuana smoke bleeds into the apt from other units. Both residents and airbnb people have pets and NEVER pick up after their pets. It looks nice on the outside but everything inside is cheaply done and the walls are paper thin. Management will quote the lease agreement but does not follow it themselves."

"Marshe company is by far the sneakiest. They don’t tell you they have a bunch of Airbnb rentals here. There is never peace and quiet and you hear EVERYTHING through the walls as well as marijuana smoke from people bleeds through to your residence."
