"I AM SO SICK OF THIS GD FLOOR VIBRATING AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE SO UNCOMFORTABLE TO BE VIBRATING ALL NIGHT AND INTO THE DAY. SO MY STAR RATING GOES DOWN TO ONE FOR THAT. Of course nobody feels the vibration but me I guess. Now although I gave this place a great review when I moved in two months ago and I am not having any issues at all but out of nowhere the floor began to vibrate softly then violently. Not sure if it’s the furnace or the construction work being done in the front of the building or someone with a machine running in any event IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY ALL NIGHT ALL DAY FLOOR VIBRATING slightly but constant and for all its cute lofty style looks that cannot make up for restlessness and sleep loss. For about two weeks now I’m scrambling around spending extra money to buy things that will ease the vibrating but so far to no avail and probably this cannot be solved IDK. I really like the place but I can’t put up with my whole house vibrating, but we’ll see the employees I raved about before are gone seems like this place has a quick turnover like a good restaurant when it comes to employees, and I have not had problems with the new admid or the apartment but the structure of this building I feel is horrible or is it the CONSTRUCTION being done on 4th Street?"

"If you decide to live here, I wouldn't. It'll be hard for you to pay your rent because they barely there. This is a terrible apartment complex. And the staffs are very rude. So I wouldn't live here if I were you. It might look nice, but it is terrible. Please find somewhere else."

"Lived here for four years, the first year a two was great! That was when the old old management company was in. The apartments are clearly going downhill. Bug issue is horrible, they can't keep maintenance, so therefore NOTHING will ever get fix. They don't have security, so don't bother calling when you have noise complaints from your inconsiderate neighbors. They wanna charge $900 for THESE APARTMENTS. It's not worth it. Even for low income"

"Quite literally the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Management has terrible communication skills. They entered my apartment multiple times without giving me any sort of notice beforehand. They provided no information when I first moved in; I had to go into the office extra times to ask about mailing, access to the gym, and even just to set-up the online account to pay rent. Every time I had to talk to Judi, it just ruined my day because she’s always so condescending, rude, and entirely unhelpful. It even took them 2 months after moving out for them to send my full deposit back in the mail (after stating I would receive it within 30 days.) This was after I had to call multiple times. There were a lot of maintenance issues in these relatively new apartments, and for some reason, it took them multiple attempts until the problem is fixed (leak that took 3 times to fix, heat went out 2 times in the middle of winter.) Honestly, the apartment was completely different from the tour they provided. The sink made me sad when I first moved in, the windows are so tiny that barely any sunlights gets in, the overhead lights are incredibly dim, the shower had no pressure, and the toilet barely flushed. The 2b2b are so small for the price point. Any other apartment in the vicinity will have either a better price point for the sqft or better amenities in general (gym is tiny, the treadmills are always not working, there’s no pool, no covered parking, no valet trash, worst coffee I’ve ever had at their local coffee shop.)"
