"If you are a light sleeper you should probably look elsewhere. This is one of the loudest hotels I've ever stayed in, and for the price it's really disappointing. You can hear guests above you walking around, dogs in other rooms barking, people talking in the hallways, everything. Area isn't bad though, and if you have a dog there are lots of grassy areas and good places to walk."

"I stayed here during my mother’s hospitalization, and sadly, following her death. The staff were amazing. Especially Felix who helped write a letter from Santa to my daughter because we were missing Christmas. The place has undergone construction recently, and it is beautiful. I’ve been here on and off for three months, and the place has come to feel like home— all the way down to the smell of cookies in the afternoon. It’s a wonderful place and you won’t be disappointed."

"The site needs to be updated. I had an offer online that said for one night it was 116 total but when I called a guy told me it was 144 pretaxed. When I asked why the huge difference his response was certainly unsure. Then it said online that the pool was open and he said it’s getting remodeled so the online definitely needs to coincide with what the people are telling us over the phone and they need to update it because if the swimming pool is getting remodeled a lot of times, especially spring break people are renting the rooms to swim and they’ll spend money on renting the room that they can’t even fully utilize so definitely not a good look. Today is March 18, 2024, 5:30 PM. Just leaving specific info in case the guy I spoke with didn’t fully know and was just guessing."

"BEING RENOVATED AS OF 01/02/24. First stay—Stayed for a brief night on our cross country trip with the dog mid December and it was a good stay. Good breakfast. Clean room. Quiet and pet friendly room was all i could ask for. They were starting renovations but the service was prompt and they accommodated us with a room even though most pet friendly rooms were under construction. Not very clean in common areas but I imagine that is due to the focus on renovation. Second attempt—When we stopped by on our way back after Christmas they turned us away saying they could not accommodate us with a dog because all of their pet friendly rooms were under renovation. There were MAYBE two cars in the parking lot (besides the maintenance vehicles). Seemed more like he was trying to get rid of us than that they actually didn’t have space for us…"

"Service was really great at the front desk. Our room wasn't very clean. Tub had hair and dirt in it when we arrived. Cob webs that I could spot in the room. Got bit by a spider 3 times before we checked out. Stayed for 6 days and the options for breakfast didn't change once. Usually you get different options different days but when you're traveling for a week for Thanksgiving at that, I expect different options for 6 days in row. I would not recommend staying here."
