"My mom lives here and they don't maintain the apartments very well. Plus, it seems like all they do is keep raising the rent every year. My suggestion is find another place to live other than here"
"Have lived here over 10 years and can't hardly wait till lease is up to move. Don't do repairs unless you make requests 3 to 4 times or sometimes more. Trashy looking property and fence around property falling apart and in some places falling down. Management terrible!!!"
"Very poor maintenance and the property is now well maintained. Poorly insulated costing you very high utility bill for electricity to keep warm or cool. Have to pay extra for trash and water. Everytime you ask for something to be fixed it can take up to 2 weeks or more. Been here 10 years and was told if we wanted new carpet would have to move all our furniture and our rent would go up to cover the cost. This is a Senior Complex and you can hear your neighbors threw the walls, doors slamming from downstairs, and if downstairs people walking upstairs. Finish is coming off their cheap cabinets and they won't fix it. NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR SENIORS!!!"
"Terrible..You can only use Cox cable because they (the building) is wired for it. Rumors are the apartment complex gets a kick back from Cox. Then you got to pay a water bill that is the same as everyone else. Not fair when I do not use as much as others. Also in the one bedrooms, there is no a/c vent in the living room. Half of a vent in the dining room is suppose to cool the living room.. It doesn't!! You will be very unhappy if you live here! Also my central air/heat thermostat is like 10-12 degrees off and they will not replace it!!"
