"Front desk was first class on our arrival. Gentleman running desk was just fantastic in dealing with public. We had a French Poodle we had only adopted 2 days ago and he was so happy to see a guest make the move to adopt an animal he was just really moved by our actions. It made our stay even more special and we look forward to our next trip to OKC."

"This is a no-frills hotel. I probably would’ve just given this four stars if it weren’t for the awesome staff. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful with anything or any questions we had. I stayed four nights and had breakfast there each morning which was a huge plus. Rooms are simple, but have everything you need. Everything was very clean and tidy. I used the gym several times and each time I was the only one in there. There is a pool, but no Jacuzzi, but the kids seem to really enjoy it It’s not really a walkable neighborhood so you will need to have a car or Uber if you plan on going anywhere"

"Let's see where to begin first off it Was 1 degrees out that morning and the room was booked and paid for in full. I get there and get to stand in the entrance way for 15 minutes or so then finally the employee shows up and let's me in. We stared the check in which for some reason the early check in could not be validated then he wants to charge me another 175 on top of the 83 something that was already paid. At a total cost of $258.00 for a 5am check in to stay a single day. I refused to pay it and they are refusing to give my money back. So I filed a dispute on the charge and if that doesn't work then I'll contact my attorney. And settle it that way because I did not stay there so stay at you Owen risk you may just get robbed by the place."

"The front desk staff was very kind and respectful throughout the entire stay. When an unwanted person entered the property (there was a domestic dispute between a guest and someone, the staff was fast responding to the incident and removed the person quickly. They then went to rooms surrounding the incident and made sure everyone was OK and explained what happened. The fact that they saw what was happening on the security cameras and responded as quickly as they did made me feel secure that the staff was dedicated to ensuring that all guests were safe and secure. It was no fault of the Hotel or it's staff that the incident occurred, but they took care of the situation very professionally. The cost for the room that I got was also a great deal, very nice, large clean room for a relatively low price. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area."
