"Kamisha is an amazing person and property manager. No one who's said that about her in these reviews is lying. Most of the people that live here are absolutely good neighbors. They want things to be safe and quiet. Much of what an apartment complex becomes is about the people that reside there, not simply the management. She's a great apartment manager. Most of the people here have a great deal of appreciation for her. There's a reason for that. If there's an issue with bad tenants here, she addresses it. If you're a good person, you'll like it here."

"I had to move to Oklahoma with very short notice. Misha, the property manager made my move quick and worry free. She was easy to contact and responsive to my needs. They had the apartment ready and cooled for me on a hot day. It was nice to have someone give that extra touch of consideration. The setup of the buildings along with the landscaping feels like a neighborhood and it feels homey to me. Love it! Not to mention the pool is awesome!"

When I called about leasing options she was extremely professional, upbeat, personable, and transparent on what I needed to do to secure my apartment. Even when I had to call back because of some questions about the online application, she was extremely patient and helpful. Moving can be a stressful time for people and Misha truly gave a quality experience! Great service with a smile is a rare find nowadays and deserves recognition.
