"I can't speak to living here, but I showed up for a scheduled tour of the property (that I was asked to confirm by the property management company several times, which I did confirm). There is no clear entrance to the building that isn't a residents home. I tried several of the doors that were not someone's apartment and waited 15 min in 40 degree weather. No one showed up to give me a tour. I tried contacting the management company several times, but only got automated call trees that I left messages on. I would have loved to look at the property and the other reviews, although old, seemed promising. Good luck to anyone trying to rent with this property management company."

"I lived here for a little over 2 years. It was a great place to live. The onsite management was always available and very friendly and helpful. The building itself has a great character and is located in the beautiful Heritage Hills neighborhood. It's location also puts it near easy access to major interstates, popular Uptown 23rd Street district, Automobile Alley, and Midtown. The management does a great job of keeping the place welcoming, with well-lit parking lot and well-kept landscaping. I would highly recommend this place!!"
"I’ve lived here for over 3 years. This is a very nice clean and well run historic apartment building in a great location. We are located in the beautiful Heritage Hills neighborhood walking distance from midtown and uptown. I am an owner and a resident. Our managment is on site and does an excellent job taking care of the property and tenant needs. I’m proud to call this my home."
