"Maintenance is always on top of things and it’s a quiet place everyone keeps to themselves. Needs a little bit of work in all the apartments such as pest control but overall a pretty peaceful place to live"
"I would like to see the laundry room and grounds picked up more often, along with standard cleaning for the Laundry Room; but I've never had a maintenance issue go ignored. A very fair place to live! With a little effort, it could sure be spectacular though. It all starts with good tenants that pick up after their animals and refuse to litter. Maybe someday."
"I love staying here! It's so cute and quiet. Great location. The neighbors are also very nice and welcoming. The land lady is so nice as well. There is also a little playground in the middle of the complex with few grills."
