"The elevator was always broken, dog waste was everywhere, the grills did not work, air conditioner issues during summer. Elevators always dirt. Water leaks when it rains. Also, the air conditioner fan inside the apartment is so loud that you cannot watch the TV. The apartment was professionally cleaned before we left, and they still charged us the cleaning fee. They told me I could hang stuff on the wall but when I left they charge $195 for wall repairs."

"My edited review, I am going on three years now. I live in the Podium Building behind the main tower. I really like this building because we have individual AC/Heating. I still recommend this complex. The management is always ready to assist you, and the maintenance staff do the best. I have always appreciated everything they have done to assist me. Here your best bet, is to obey the rules, and cooperate with others. Now lived here almost a year! Excellent place to live! Great management staff, great tenants, friendly for anyone! Totally, recommend! Moving in this weekend and Monday ! Very impressed, love the staff. I believe, this will be an excellent place to live. Update, have moved In still unpacking. Had to downsize quite a bit. The management is excellent, always there for you. The people who are my neighbors are great people. I haven’t been here long, however; very friendly, great ressources, excellent management, and residents. I can’t believe how beautiful and nice everything is since the improvements and upgrades. Excellent place to consider living!"

"I actually don't live at the Tiffany, yet!! I have looked at them a couple of times, over the past 3 years. I do know someone who lives there and they love it. Each time I went to look at them, the whole building was clean! The leasing agent and the manager are extremely helpful. Wonderful ladies. I love the retro look of the Tiffany and all the amenities. My brother and I are moving in as roommates in the fall. I'm very excited."

"I'm editing my review based on changes with the apartments. About six month ago (I think) the on-site manager was replaced and there was a noticeable improvement. Valerie immediately began to correct ongoing problems and dealt with any new issues quickly and efficiently. All of the on-site staff are amazing and the atmosphere is very positive and friendly. I recently moved out of Tiffany, but only because my husband and I bought a larger place. We'll miss the staff and our neighbors. It was really a fun place to live! I've lived here about four months and there are many things I love about it. The other tenants are really great and the atmosphere is very positive and friendly. The office organizes a lot of small but fun opportunities for residents to meet and interact - game nights, food trucks, etc. The manager also cooks breakfast for the residents once a month. All the employees are really nice. Also, the noise from other apartments is very minimal. This was probably my biggest concern moving in, but really, it's not an issue at all. The downside comes when you have a problem. I haven't lived in an apartment for many years before this, but it seems that I've had a lot of weird problems with my apartment, some of which have been fixed quickly, some of which have taken way longer than what most people would think is acceptable. The gym is literally kept too warm to work out in. (I've seen the temp as high as 80 degrees and haven't ever seen it below 73.) Unfortunately, if you are having a problem with something, they apparently just ignore your emails (that's been my experience anyway.) I don't know if they're avoiding conflict or what, but I've never raised my voice or said anything that wasn't business-like, to my knowledge. I'd just like to get a status. There's a web site where you post maintenance requests. Even though you are encouraged to click on times that work for you, I don't think they use it. I've never seen a status posted other than "received." I'd be happy with, "Hey, sorry we haven't been able to take care of this yet, but we have this scheduled on ___ date and hope to have it taken care of by ___." Overall, I'd recommend it. If you're laid-back and are flexible, it's a good place. If you have little patience for inefficiency, you might not like it."

"I have lived here 3 months. New from CT. Where do I start. The staff, second to none. Doesn't matter what I have needed they have responded and helped. Because they host activities I have met the most amazing group of people. What started as a monthly game night is now a Friday night game night. The manager , Chantel, makes the entire building breakfast once a month. Now we meet in the kitchen on most Saturdays and share wonderful breakfasts together. We also have dinner. Everyone contributes what they can and we eat well, very well!! The building maintenance manager even made smores for us. Who does that?? The dog park, it is kept very clean. Follow the rules and you will have no problem. Ahhh. The pool, the weather has been so nice. We requested they open the pool early. AND THEY DID!!! It is clean, lawn chairs are comfortable and plenty of room to relax. And for me, knowing I have neighbors who care, meeting downstairs in a tornado watch means so much. Looking out for me. I am so essed to have found the Tiffany Retro. Thank you Chantel, Kylee, Zach and Alex. So, move in!! You will not be disappointed!!! Best, Kelly O'Callaghan"
