"I lived in two units here from Dec 2020-August 2022. The first one was clearly previously occupied by a heavy smoker, and they did a terrible job "cleaning" it. When nicotine started seeping out of the walls, I requested to be moved ASAP. They did move me, but it took them three months. In the new unit, the washing machine was broken (took them two months to fix), the back door was broken (they never fixed it), my ceiling leaked (took them one week to fix, which caused mold and water damage), my bedroom flooded four times (they never fixed the root of the problem, just sent me fans to dry the carpet); sewage backed up into my shower/tub three separate times (they never fixed it; I had to clean it myself despite it being a biohazard). The mailboxes by my unit were broken, so I had to pick up all my mail at the post office. They kept saying they were just "waiting for a replacement part" but someone at the post office told me it'd been broken for years. The water got cut off all the time. My AC would go out in the summer and my heat would go out in the winter, and it would take them several days to fix it. If you're lucky enough that maintenance even responds to your request, they leave trash and rusty nails behind. The big pool they love to advertise was closed the entire time I lived there. They claim to be a gated community but the gates were always open. There was no communication among staff, so you would get told something different depending on who you spoke to, and they frequently lost my packages. This place is horrible. Do not move here."

"Had a wonderful time talking with the three ladies in the office, each was insightful on what I could expect living on property in addition to which unit may suit me best given my preferences of fixtures and life style! There are 9 different layouts and up to 4 bedrooms !! Never seen an apartment complex with so many options. Easy application process and it really wasn’t expensive. I can rest easy knowing I am centrally located near both malls and the city is 5 minutes away. Loved Wedgewood!"

"We moved in a couple of months ago and it has been such a great decision. The management and maintenance team is top notch. They go out of their way to accommodate and ensure comfort. Location is amazing and the residents are friendly. We are so pleased with this decision. This is a great place to live!"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I thought I'd share my cup of tea. They NEVER answer their phones and I mean never. They respond to their reviews better than they answer their phone. Their "maintenance" sucks because they never really fix anything. They "fixed" our heater and less than a week it blew up in smoke. Then we had to keep a tote in the closet because the ceiling was dripping rapidly. Terrible management. They literally tried to say they didn't get my rent one month after I've already paid. And the pool was never opened. End of rant."

"Update: they “fixed” the AC unit. It’s not fixed, they patched the condenser that needs replaced but hopefully they will have it fixed for future residents. We moved out. Update: 24 days without air conditioning. Received lots of excuses as to why it’s not done. Found out they said we have two window units. Not true. Never was offered one and how would we have two with one window in our “loft” apartment? Go in today to ask for SOMETHING to help cool our apartment down. My wife and I both have health issues and this is NOT helping. They say they have no units available for us and that the AC guys are on property but they don’t know when they will get to us. Been without Air conditioning for two weeks now. Have put in more than one work order and sent emails. THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. I have asthma and my wife has a heart condition. Getting to the point that my inhaler is not doing ANYTHING and her heart won’t stop racing. If you move here, make sure your AC works in the apartment you tour to reside in."
