The Maywood Apartments

"Although I was not able to move in to the Maywood community, I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and kindness that Lacey and Tavia showed me throughout the application and tour process. My situation is messy and I was unable to be approved, however Lacey personally did everything she could and worked every possible angle to try to get my application approved. Maywood is a clean, safe, and quality community in itself with fair prices, but the team in the leasing office is what truly makes the difference. I even offered to pay extra just to try to move into this community; it's where I WANT to live. Thank you to Lacey and Tavia for your kindness, empathy, and efforts. I wish those above you could have hopped on-board with your efforts. You have no idea just how much the way you treated me impacted me."

"My experience at the Maywood so far has been exceptional. I had some problems at move in with my schedule and they were able to work things out for me. The assistant manager of the OKC property, Traci, went sssoooo far above and beyond to help me with a personal request that helped me out in a huge way. The manager, Lacey, has also been so nice and helpful and able to help me with a couple of requests I have had. These two ladies have been so nice and helpful and I am truly thankful for them."

"We’ve lived here the last two years! Absolutely love the Maywood. Amazing location, you can walk to so many restaurants, bars, and museums. And if you’re game to walk over a mile you can reach anywhere in the downtown! Maintenance is on top of their game. Solving all of our issues quick. The gyms are solid, don’t expect a bench but you can get a great pump and workout in! We really appreciate how connected management is with the residents. A party every month and great community boards every month too. For the cost, you are getting a great atmosphere."

"We've only been moved in a couple days so this review will be updated to reflect our living experience. Thus far, there have been a couple minor hiccups with getting the proper keys to our door and mailbox, but the way the staff has handled any issue each time we've contacted them has been stellar. Tavia at the front desk is new, but very personable and I appreciate that she informed me of her rookie status, and that she may not off hand have all the answers but assured me that she would quickly get the answer, and she has. The entire staff has been thus far exceptional, and stands in stark contrast to our experience in another downtown apartment we just left (that review will be coming soon). I've felt valued enough by staff to write this review and provide a 5 star rating and look forward to our time here at The Maywood."

"I toured 2 different units at the Maywood with Tavia and she was wonderful! She was very down to earth, had quick answers to all of my questions (even with it only being her first week on the job), showed me everything I asked to see, even more than once, and looked for the best deals for me. I came into my tour leaning heavily towards another apartment complex, but she completely swayed me with her tour! I just submitted my application to move there and am so excited to live at The Maywood!"
