"not a horrible place to live. office people are nice. maintenance is lazy and can't do their job. the kids around here are vandals and thieves. littering, bang on my door, rip up my plant, and stole an amazon package from me. the parents just send their kids outside and don't feed them well."

"An average apartment complex. I have delivered meals and basic needs there many times. People I have meet are friendly. Many living there are on government assistance like section 8. I only mention that in case it effects your decision on moving in or might want to check see if you can qualify for government assistance."

"We like these apartments alot its safe and secure the only complaint that we have is children going to doors ringing the bell and knocking then dissappear before we answer the door. Its disrespectful to the ones like us who are disable. One could get hurt trying to answer the door especially if they use a walker or is on oxygen."

"Absolutely love the two ladies in the office mrs.kim and mrs.lisa they always make me feel warm and welcomed when I come in. I have lived here for a few years now and I have enjoyed being here. Very kid oriented place. Oh and the monthly news letters they give out to the community is a pretty neat thing.they even do contests for holidays like the best door decorating contest. All in all this is a great place to live. Especially when you have two great souls in the office running it. Oh and I love the maintenance guys to. They work hard always and can fix just about anything also they are friendly couldn't ask for anyone better."

"I moved here January 2018. God Blessed me with this apartment. I haven't had any problems with my apartment at all. I'm a clean person so if you keep up your apartment, you won't have a lot of problems. Also everyone has been very respectful, when I pass them going to the mail box or office. My Grandbaby comes over, and enjoys the playground area. And last summer they remodeled our pool so we get to enjoy it Summer 2019. God Bless Everyone."
