"Apartment was infested with mice. Heating did not work. Serious plumbing issues. Leaking roof and black Mold. I don't know how this place isn't condemned yet. Stray Cats and Dogs all over the Complex. The playground they have in the complex is filthy and unsafe for children. Please don't rent here. Worst mistake of my life."

"these apartments are good at charging you money for things that werent in the lease agreement....Their maintence are liars and will put a hole in your wall and when you complain to management its "Your fault it happened and you have to pay up" missing Blinds and Blinds that dont function right since you've moved in? they also charge a 25$ fee for 1 blind when its only 33.98 at walmart to replace the whole thing! Thats also your fault! Oh! and the last time i made a review the office women BOTH called me and literally argued with me, saying that i shouldnt lie! they also are starting to charge fee's if you leave something out on your porch like toys, chairs etc since they arent outside items! They started a ridiculous 500-1000$ fee if your home smells like smoke even if its from the neighbors Cigarette smoke coming in from your vents that are connected to theirs! They issue out parking permits but it doesnt matter it will still get towed even if they have a list of your car! Security and the office has also said they do not care if you park in handicap overnight but will tow your car at 4AM and it costs over 200+ To get the car out!!! The pool is never cleaned, they use the same water from the previous 2-3 years! Dont even get me started on the neighbors in certain buildings! They play loud music throughout the day and when you complain to the office they will ask for the general area and try to go solve it only to turn away once they realize those people are hispanic ! These people are racist, money hungry, and incompetent at their jobs and we need new management!!!!"

"I believe Verde Vista has long term success in their plans for their property. No longer are the days of cutting corners and ghetto rigging the units. Nydia and her team has come in to make long term changes for the best! They've begun to fix all of the water heaters, putting new ones into every unit! (Of course we are having to go without water during daytime hours, but sacrifices are made to obtain the greater good!) They've begun to fix our laundry room and to make sure their tenants have a place to park by reducing unauthorized vehicles! Organizing holiday events and community support! Sometimes change hurts... but in the end, it will be a top notch property because of their hard work! People want to reap the benefits but also desire immediate gratification. Good things come to those who are patient."

"New management is Literally terrible, seems to take a racial side towards Hispanics and that's both women in office, Rita should've never left these mew women are unprofessional and disrespectful. They describe as of they don't know their job details. Never answer the phone knowing it's you (called id) Verde Has been on a down fall they don't send out notices to enter your apartment, the women in office ignore your maintenance request even the paper you turn into them. Please get better help... This Is your lowest of low employee wise and property wise, black mold, gaps in air conditioning to house. Etc."

"I moved in , November of 2021 Happy and everything, no problems at all with Rita. After she left in December I have had bad experiences with the office., the new manager keeps hounding me about a dog I only had for 3 days, because of a harmless situation I had with another tenant who blew everything out of proportion. Fast forward a month later, she keeps Asking about said dog after I told her it’s a service dog and it was my mothers since she can’t bring it to work. Then with rent..I paid half already but because they switched the way we pay it without any warning, It’s harder for me. Okk no line payments are 15$ extra and Walmarts money center is ALWAYS closed before I can even get off of work.. I work 7 days a week and 7/11 or crest were my go to’s when I worked late at night…."
