"Very nice office staff! Kathy is extremely helpful. Highly recommend! I wanted to add to this. There was a mix up on Apts at move in, I panicked! Kathy handled it with ease abs solved it all! *I saw a review saying the Apts get rent aren't as nice as the model they show. This is not true! I absolutely LOVE my apartment!"

"Worst place I’ve ever lived and my lease still isn’t up unfortunately. Black mold is all over the bathroom and the hallway and no one has come to fix it yet. Our heat and electricity has been off for 3 days and they tell me everyday someone is coming but they don’t. Our AC was broken for two weeks and only sent someone out to fix it because we called and complained everyday it was during the summer so it was 80+ degrees every night. I’m leaving this review because it seems that it’ll be another 2 weeks until they come fix our heat in freezing temperatures. Do not live here. They also require these big white blinds to go in every window that are impossible to clean. THE RENT IS SO CHEAP FOR A REASON‼️ Our bathroom tub isn’t even functional because of how disgusting it is. They use paint to cover up the mold on the bathroom tubs and so it’s chipped all the way around and covered in mildew that you can’t clean because of all the coats of paint on it. Not to mention that the water pressure will barley cover your body. When we moved in our guest bedroom door had been kicked in and won’t lock. DO NOT LIVE HERE‼️ These photos aren’t even close to conveying how bad it truly is. You also can’t contact the owner of the apartments ever they will not give you additional information on him. I also wanted to mention that we have a friend who also lives in this complex and her whole downstairs was flooded with sewage for weeks! They don’t care about you or your well being."

"It's a good apartment for first timers, but there is a sad fact that they show you a perfectly updated apartment, but none of the apartments have been updated, so don't expect yours to look exactly like the model apartments shown. Maintenance is extremely fast, which is good, but for the price it shouldn't look any different than the model units they show."

"Great property! Excited about all the new changes on the property like the new gym with all the new equipment. Definitely taking advantage of that in the mornings before work. Only thing I would like to see is some stop signs around the property. I see so many cars just speeding through the property and it makes it unsafe to be out and about Other than that I'm loving living here."
