Walker's Station Apartments

"(Mr Tom Dejonge, who does live in California, for anyone interested in the owner’s name) I worked maintenance for walker station, I was give a work order for a retired police officer, I knocked on the door, announced myself loudly as maintainance. Opened the door to be greeted with a pistol pressed into my temple. After showing her the work order she stressed that she didn’t ask for any work to be done. Somehow the news channels found out about it and came out for an interview. Their answer was to lock the office down. I was fired and the retired officer tenant was evicted. Stay away from the place. Crooked from the top down"

"My wife and I moved out right when the pandemic begin. Cleaned the place and paid our remaining balance to Shannon. We made sure it was move in ready when we left.A year later we received a charge on our credit 500 dollars. We called the office and they mailed us a breakdown. The breakdown reflected that they actually owed us $50. My wife’s friend had the same experience.I called to speak to an associate their and she told us she remembered us and that there is certain things they couldn’t speak of because they were in fear of losing their job. Scam artist and thieves!"

"I've lived here for over a year and I love living here. I've had problems with my neighbors, but management quickly put a stop to their ruckus once I brought it up. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to issues and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I have no cold water coming out of my kitchen sink. I've called about it a few times and maintenance doesn't know what the issue is. Cold water comes out of the bathroom sink, so it has us confused. I will be upgrading to a larger one bed, or the two bed soon."

"I have been searching for a 2b/2b apartment for a long time and I have seen majority of them in the metro area, and nothing can beat the price, square footage and location of this apartment. Office Staff is incredibly helpful and nice, all of the ladies treat me like a family. The complex is very peaceful and quiet. Apartment itself is very spacious, have plenty of natural light, the large 2b/2b has very unique layout, it seems like it's a house rather than apartment. Upstairs Vaulted ceilings- makes the place look so beautiful. I love it here !!"

"I've lived in this apartment complex for about 3 years now and I love it! The neighborhood is very quiet. No one is driving around with their stereo blaring and the residents are considerate of one another. I've not had a problem with any member of the staff; They're all very nice and attentive people. Any maintenance issues we've had is always resolved within 1 or 2 days. The rent goes up every year, but it's typically only by like $10. There is a washer/dryer hookup in my place and also a laundry room right around the building. My only complaint about this place is the size of the kitchen. You really can't fit more than one person in there at a time, and while there is a decent amount of cabinet space, if you have several appliances like I do, be prepared to utilize the dining room area as an extension of the kitchen. Overall, living here has been a great experience and nothing like the other apartments that I've lived in."
