"I’ve been staying in the Bryant for almost 3 years and I can say they’ve been nothing but kind and understanding. They don’t run in and out of your apartment, when they do come they always give a notice and it’s usually for routine pest inspection, which is common for an apartment. The gym is really nice, the washer and dryer and appliances are nice as well. The staff is friendly and understanding of situations. A quiet peaceful gated community."

"this is the worst complex to live in especially if you decide to live on the bottom floor and you have a nosy neighbor that has 3 kids upstairs and like to be up from 11am-4am,you will never have a good nights rest and you will go insane. No matter how many times you put in a noise complaint all they do is send out a mass email. Also don’t believe them when they say “newly renovated” they scammed me into paying more for rent for a unit that was just spray painted over and it was a terrible paint job too, they told me themselves that the model is not what you get, like why are you catfishing your tenants. it’s disgusting behavior."

"DON'T MOVE HERE Management plays favorites and even though the police have been called many times (several times a day, multiple times) on a neighbor, they refused to do anything for over a year and are finally moving her in a month. I'm supposed to "hold on to my sanity" (managers words) while they move the person who has been terrorizing a whole building pretty much. I haven't been comfortable in my home for so long because they refused to do their job. This place doesn't even pretend to care about you. Please just save your time, money, and I suppose sanity as well."

"Was great when I first moved in despite the place being woefully under cleaned and the dryer tube untouched. Now it's a constant stream of maintenance inspections every few months and this last bit was my last straw. There was a leak in our building somewhere and I wasn't affected but they left a dehumidifier in my place for whatever reason and it's been here for a solid week. I was told that they forgot to pick it up not once, twice, but FOUR times. Hope you enjoyed the $30 increase in my electric bill cause I'm not keeping this in my place any further. Here's another good one, I had an inspection and was told that because I had to pull the dryer out for crimping the exhaust tube that it was unbelievable and they would come by to fix it. Take one guess what never happened. I didn't even care about it. So glad I'm moving out very very soon. Pro Tip: Don't bother messaging CMCAsset Management, they won't do a thing."

"HONEST REVIEW: There are a lot of structural issues with the buildings that ownership isn’t willing to fix. Electricity bill is terribly high due to windows/sliding doors not being replaced since the apartment complex was built in 1984! (ALMOST 40 YEARS AGO). Don’t use your AC if you want a OG&E bill lower than $200. (They haven’t replaced those either). Had dirt piled on my windowsill after a windy day which shows you could be breathing in tons of dirt, allergens, etc. Hot water only lasts about 15 minutes before it gets cold due to OLD WATER HEATERS (Don’t expect long hot showers). They paint over the same shelves/doors/cabinets and the outside of the apartments that have been there since it was built. Had multiple issues with the plumbing as well. TWO MAIN LINE WATER BREAKS OVER 2 YEARS from old pipes. Don’t let the new paint and plastic wood floors fool you. ***THIS IS A LIPSTICK ON A PIG APARTMENT COMPLEX. RUN FOR YOUR MONEY!!*** This is not a managers or maintenance problem, it is due to the ownership company being completely negligent & ignorant of the fact they bought an old apartment complex and aren’t willing to spend the money to fix them."
