"I have lived at Indigo since 2021. My apartment is one of the newly renovated ones. I absolutely LOVE my apartment! No complaints at all. The complex has gone down a bit in the last 2 years, and that's due to the quality of the residents Indigo approves, it seems. We have lots of families with young kids here (so it can get super loud during the day if you work from home), there are lots of dog-owners here, so dog poop sightings do happen. Sometimes at night, people will park their car under your window and play super loud music. There used to be a security guard that monitored the parking lot, but that is no more. Depending on your neighbors, you may get a few bugs in your apartment or have strong marijuana fumes wafting through the vents. But be vigilant about calling the office for pest control and they'll deal with it. The office staff are really nice and very helpful! They do a lot for us residents and that doesn't go in unnoticed. The maintenance guys are helpful and professional. I think it would be great for Indigo to get more strict about the folks they accept but Overall, I am glad I chose Indigo. It was excellent in 2021-2022, it's still a nice complex in 2024 and the apartments are beautiful."

"We moved into our apartment almost two months ago and we are very happy with it. It's beautifully renovated, we have really good appliances, and the office staff is so nice (especially Chelsie!). The grounds are kept in order and the other residents seem friendly. The garbage is picked up regularly and everything kept in order. Can definitely recommend this complex for value for money and it's a fantastic location."

"This apartment management is a nightmare to deal with. They keep adding charges on charges for things we already communicated with them about. Move out charges and trying to charge us extra fees for their mistakes. Apartments added more fees to our rent. There is now a $5.45 EMSA charge and parking charge for another $5 dollars. They just added it to the rent. You know they are just pocketing that money and it goes no where. They really are lacking on the security as well. Attempted break-ins and kidnappings. No security cameras at all. The gates are never kept locked and always break. They installed car ports instead of speed bumps! Now we have to pay for the car ports coming soon. Only gave a one day notice to people parked on the area of the car ports to move so they could install them and towed many cars."

"Been here 3 months. My honest opinion is prime location and very nice interiors. Not to mention the walls and ceiling because I live on the first 1st floor seem very well insulated to my surprise. It's always stays nice and cool and I can't hear my neighbors at all. The guy next to me plays music pretty regularly and I can hear it outside at my front door but once I come in and close the door, silence. The whole property is very well lit at night is protected by gates, so thats a plus. I really can't think of any cons other than pretty regularly the garbage bins get too full and trash blows all over the property in the wind. Other than that though, I would recommend this place."

"Great location almost everything within walking distance. Excellent management team with security patrol after dark. Awesome rate with big washer and dryer in every unit that you can't get it anywhere for those prices. They also give you first 2 months half off and a welcome gift. Outside the property looks dated with potholes and without any functioning pool but inside the unit still in good condition. They are in the process of mass renovation so a few things maybe put in the to do list."
