Park At Memorial Apartments

"Warning! Do not rent here! I’ve lived there for 3 years and the buildings are falling apart. My move in experience was way too easy, It seemed like they just wanted to fill up apartments just so they can make some money. It doesn’t matter how you leave your apartment moving out they’re gonna charge you at least 300$ to move out. I had family living in this area and they warned me about this place but I didn’t listen. I cleaned my apartment by myself to the best of my ability and still got charged for a Uncleaned apartment. Whether you paid a deposit or not you’re probably not gonna get it back. I had to leave urgently because I was 18 weeks pregnant at the time, living on the 3rd floor with no elevator and there weren’t any other available spaces on the first floor at a reasonable price. My situation wasn’t fit for a newborn and management didn’t consider that at all. I didn’t feel safe in the area and some of my neighbors weren’t very kind. Management did not make things helpful or safer, my voice was never heard. Due to the age of the building the heating and A/c would fail at the worst times endangering me and my dogs and management wouldn’t help until days later. Things in the apartment would slowly fall apart. Maintenance was helpful, however most things I had to pay for and take care of myself instead of maintenance, which is very odd to me. I was also charged a large amount to move out after cleaning the apartment and moving everything out from the third floor. I don’t feel satisfied with the customer service or the overall amenities of the apartment. The hot tub was replaced with a grill about 2 years into living there and the pool was closed for most of the time it was supposed to be open. There were also homeless people living in the creek behind the apartment and they would go ransack peoples cars in the middle of the night. Theft is very common at this complex. Luckily I’ve only lost a few things, it’s sad that it happened at all in an apartment that is gated. The gate would break every couple months and stay broken for at least a month or so. The leaf blowers were always used at 8am on a Saturday so there was no sleeping in. Too many problems and not worth the price. Until they rebuild or get all of their pipes fixed in all of the buildings, that place is a hazard."

"Milly, Amy, and Mollie are phenomenal to deal with. The property’s are a great price for the current market and overall the process was extremely smooth. I definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking to move somewhere spectacular but affordable in Okc. Also the customer service and response time is superb."

"I have been living in this apartment complex for 3.5 years now and I must say, I absolutely love it here. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the turnpike and stores. The high ceilings and well-designed layouts of the apartments create a spacious and comfortable living environment. One of my favorite things about this complex is the beautiful green areas, which are perfect for taking walks and enjoying nature. However, there are some times that the management team is not very responsive like during the winter when it snows or sleets. For example, there have been times when the sidewalks were not properly salted, making it dangerous to walk outside. Additionally, there are moments when noise from upstairs can be a bit disruptive, but this is to be expected in an apartment complex. Overall, I would still highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and beautiful place to call home."

"I am currently looking to purchase a home and I got the urge to pull up the Park website to compare rent prices vs mortgage. Of course I decided to peak at some reviews.. I am surprised to see negative comments here. I lived at the Park for about 7 years and I absolutely loved it there. This was my first apartment ever and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Great location, decent amenities, All staff were kind, helpful and efficient. The grounds were well kept and the apartments themselves are really nice and pretty updated. They had fun events from time to time including holiday parties, pool parties, weekly happy hours.. Not to mention, at the time I was renting the price point was unmatched.. and my rent only increased $10 over the whole 7 years. I had a small gated backyard which was so perfect for my pup. I believe there are several units with this option which is extremely rare. I love the park and am always quick to share positive feedback about my personal experiences with them when the opportunity presents itself. Highly, highly recommend."
