"Having worked in retail, I place high value in customer service and Lauren has shown exceptional customer service!!! Due to unexpected circumstances, I have moved three times in the last three years. My recent moving experience with North Shore has been the most seamless, efficient and professional experience I've had in the last three moves. Lauren has such a warm presence. She's been kind, personable, polite and most importantly, knowledgeable (as I've had many questions). I've been truly pleased with how quickly responsive and thorough she's been throughout my moving process. She always greets me with a smile when I enter the office and is sure to follow up with me regarding any questions or concerns I've expressed. Additionally, I greatly appreciate the care and effort the team takes to keep the grounds clean. I've regularly seen workers maintaining the grounds. Even though this is a pet-friendly property, I haven't seen or smelled pet droppings (you know what I mean lol), which was not my experience at my last two residences. Lauren even hosts monthly gatherings for the residents, which is right up my extroverted alley:) Overall, I'm so grateful I found North Shore and I plan to be here for a while. I've had a 10/10 experience and I would definitely recommend it!!!"

"My husband and I have been living here for 1 year. Good area, good people, good staff, they help us for all time, new plumbing, kitchen and appliances (and repairs in general). Problems: poor cleaning of the area around our building."

I love the positive and cleanliness of this environment, especially the monthly events the management hosts for everyone. Not many apartments stays this consistent!! It’s a must live apartment!!"

"I lived in North Shore Apartments for almost 2 years, and had nothing but problems. There is mold in almost every single apartment. I even transferred apartments three times before eventually I had enough.The old maintenance guy left his job due to the amount of mold issues he was having to dismiss. It is not a safe place for an individual nor a family to live. Be prepared for massive leaks."
