"We just moved to Sara Park for the first time and the home is absolutely beautiful. We had a poor experience from the previous owners ghosting us 3 days before move in. But the new company and Haikii made it so much less stressful. They still let us move in on the same day as originally planned and did what they could to make sure the home was clean and ready. She has amazing communication and was still in contact with us while trying to get on a plane. The backyard was a mess still from the previous owners but we picked it up easily and haven’t had many issues since. The neighborhood feels very safe and it’s the perfect spot for a young family."

"As other reviews have mentioned, these are very cheaply built DR Horton homes. We have had similar experiences with all the door knobs falling off the doors because the construction crews used screws that are just a little too short to hold the knob together, baseboards that don't line up, a security alarm that has never worked right, a door that you cannot bolt because it is not mounted into the frame properly, and my personal favorite, cracks and holes in the cheap vinyl flooring because the concrete slab underneath the flooring was never leveled by the cheap as possible construction crew. I have also experienced similar treatment from the staff as reported by others. Any attempt at getting questions answered generally takes multiple emails and telephone calls but do not bother going to the office. It is always locked and no one is ever there to talk to you. Finally, when it comes time to renew your lease they will only ever offer 7 month or 12 month terms. Expect 9-10% increases in rent and for the "community fees" they charge to double whatever was on your previous lease (or even more if you are lucky like me! )."

"An honest review! I have really enjoyed living here. I moved in July of last year. Some times things fall apart like all of the door handles and some baseboards fell off but idk I kinda had fun learning to fix little random things. I feel like that’s just rentals. The neighbors are really nice and everyone minds their business. Megan is really nice and efficient. She didn’t give me a bad experience at all. You do have like three days to pay rent or they charge you an extra $250 and a convenience fee for paying online that was kind of a surprise. The house is beautiful so I think it’s worth it! Beautiful and big backyard and right by the highway. They take care of your lawn which is super nice. I’ve paid more for worse."

"Very disappointed in this community and with Megan in the leasing office. I paid my $500 deposit then my sons mother passed away which halted our relocation. I was told they’d send me a check in the mail to refund me however that check never came and now they are saying they misspoke. By the other reviews it seems that others have experienced similar actions by this company. Wish they were a little more compassionate and held up their word because I would have probably considered them again in the future."
