"I think facts should be found out before posting a review. First, I have lived at strawberry fields over 14 years. Never has anything as this ice storm affected this community. Our manager is NOT God. Before 6 hours had even past, management reached out on facebook for any help in mustang/yukon area. Moments later a donor came forward to order pizzas from marcos. That couldn't be done so the employees went and purchase sandwich items for us. Lights came on for a short time and volunteers in our building began making sandwiches for residents. Both floors. Those who couldn't do stairs were offered the same. I don't see where management could have done more. Everyday more donations kept coming in. All because our manager got the ball rolling. This is the truth!!!! Thank you, Amber Schwab for doing your best for us not just during this time, but EVERYDAY!!!"
