"Just like Mr. Robert said a few days ago. Office staff seems to be sitting on thumb tacks. Went in one day to address an issue, even though I only provided facts and logical explanations their still argumentative. No compensation for a unit that was not in move in condition. Never would I recommend anyone. Maintenance dude here is a bit weird anyways. Seems to just park and be smoking and never really doing anything. Another shocker is you’d think there are cameras near offices but no there’s not. Pebble creek demands a high asking price per month but with extremely mediocre service and Units. Units have shady outlets some work some don’t. Ceiling bathroom fans falling out of place because they were not secure. Hallway lights loose from not being fastened properly. Pebble creek for the love of God stop sending “surveys for how we’re doing” y’all are dog water. Hire some better people with negotiating skills and a positive attitude"

"It’s a great place to live honestly. I have no real complaints that I wouldn’t happen somewhere else. The place is kept clean and the community is quiet but friendly. EDIT: They also reassured me that my rent wasn’t going to go up more than 1-2% on renewal time so I’m even more excited to know I’ll be able to stay after my lease is up."

"When submitting maintenance requests we’ve had multiple instances of months going by and nothing being fixed; other times they come to replace something and it’s the wrong part so everything gets left sitting until they come back a week later with the correct part. Can almost never get ahold of the office people by phone. Usually have to go inside in order to be seen and speak with someone. Pricing keeps going up to a level where we’re almost can’t afford to stay anymore."

"This is the first time I can say I love it here when it comes to being a tenant. The managers are great! Not only just with communicating with you about anything overall but also, they stay on top of exterminations & filter changes and notify you of any services that are happing on the property and around your unit. In addition they always respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and simply getting it fixed ASAP. If you’re looking for a place to live peacefully or to start or simply raise your family this is the place for you it’s Pet friendly I 100% recommend this is the place for you."
