"The best part about this place in the staff and maintenance. Friendly and efficient. I really don't look forward to lease renewal cause common practice is to raise the rent and we're already paying about $900 (this incluses more than just rent) a month for a one bedroom. And based on other reviews I sincerely doubt we'll get the deposit back. My protal broke and I don't think it will ever be fixed; it's been months. For now, I do enjoy living here. I wish my air purifier didn't get dirty at 4 times the rate it did at other places, but maybe that's the carpet. Micheal and Lyric in the office are wonderful and the other residents are friendly too. The laundry room is quite nice."

"Michael was my leasing agent and helped me move in from out of state. This was months ago and so far i haven't had any issues. Whenever I come to the office or he sees me in the community he stops to say hello. He remembers his residents by name which i think is sweet. The whole staff is very sweet though, down to the guys that spray for bugs. I also really like the community events every month especially being since I'm new to the area, gives an opportunity to get to know your neighbors."

"WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL RENTERS My husband and I initially looked at this apartment complex when we were living out of state, set up an appointment to check out the apartment complex and was shown their demo (which looks nothing like the resident apartment) and was told it is a drug free/ no smoking complex. First day we moved in and received our keys, the apartment reeked of marijuana as soon as we walked in the door. The apartment was filthy. It took them several months to kick out the residents smoking on the 2nd floor above us. We had 2 floods;one from the AC and water heater area and the other in the 2nd restroom coming from the residents above us. There was tons of water damage in our apartment and into the walls. The paint lifts off of the wall and looks like a bubble is under it. It makes you also wonder if there was mold. Their paint jobs were so thick it stuck to our items croc pot, food processor,bowls etc. They gave us a $50 charge for our puppy being off leash 3 feet in front of us. There were people parked in our paid car ports smoking marijuana and security does not do anything for these matters when you call even though the staff says they do. There were also incidents on a weekly basis where cops would come to the apartment complex and just was not safe. We were treated horrible by their staff;specifically Megan. I have documented all of these things ,pictures are attached below.I would be glad to send anyone a video of the flooding, it is hard to see in the pictures but I would never recommend anyone to stay here , especially a family.We moved out within 5-6 months. This was THE WORSE places we have ever stayed. Not to mention the thousands of dollars we had spent to move there and leave there. They will bill you for anything that they can aside from first and last months rent so just a heads up."
