"This is by far the best apartment I have ever had in Oklahoma City. This apartment is in a quiet location, is moderately priced, well-maintained, and clean. Lisa, the front desk agent, is incredibly kind. Whenever I enter into the leasing office, she recognizes me and brings my packages, sent by Amazon or usps. The men that do maintenance are fantastic. They were able to promptly resolve the problems we were having with the AC and toilet. This is an excellent region to live in OKC area. A few of the neighbors treat their pets carelessly. On the grass, dog pops are a common sight. It's not the management's responsibility, despite their constant attempts to address issue.It's a prevalent issue in many people's mindsets"

"Maintenance response is fantastic, and if. The management is kind and attentive, always attempting to reconcile misunderstandings and work out to the tenant's advantage. The only downside can be some residents who are not as good with their pets pooping, but that isn’t the fault of management, and they do try to remind people constantly to be more respectful."

"This has been the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Crystal the property management has been amazing. She has been one of the nicest and most understanding person. If I've even been late on rent or had something happen she's right there on top of things ready to help. The apartment itself has been great. The 1b 2bath with a living room it's huge and the appliances work. Not to mention the washer and dryer in the unit makes it a huge bonus. Even the maintenance guys I've had come by are very nice and get things done quick/ efficient. I would highly recommend council place to anyone. They are affordable and close to the highway plus also have a little playground in the middle of the complex not too far from the little pool and fitness center. 5/5 stars for sure."
