"Edit: The lady that did our taxes last year up there couldn’t explain to us why we were missing $300 on our taxes when we got our money deposited and today when we tried to get the refund they said that we already had a Jackson Hewitt card in our name which we never received one last year. We had all of our money deposited into our bank account, so we’re thinking that that lady had $300 of that money that we were supposed to get deposited to Jackson Hewitt card and she stole it from us because we were $300 short on our taxes and we never received the Jackson Hewitt card do not go to her to do your taxes. I will be filing charges on her as soon as possible. Would not recommend! The lady didn’t explain anything to us and submitted our taxes without even explaining anything or let us know exactly what she was doing , needless to say I’m having to try and have all my stuff amended bc she messed my stuff all up!! I will be contacting customer service today to hopefully get everything fixed!"

"My tax preparer, Kamika, was very professional and efficient. She answered all my questions and didn't make me feel dumb for asking. The only issue I had was with the manager who was very unprofessional. She left people waiting while she was doing nothing besides talking loudly on the phone. Then once she had the customers at her desk, she was face timing with children."
