"This year was thinking of going to Jackson Hewitt because of last year's taxes but mrs.kathy from the admiral in Tulsa ,ok been seeing us for years said she would have one of her agents take care of us so we went again and she did what she said it was better experience then last year"

"Janet was very rude and had the audacity to ask my husband and I why we didn’t go to the h&r block off of Garnett, due to limited funds available at this location. I replied we are closer to this location now since we had moved. Not helpful and very rude made us feel unwanted"

"I specifically made an appointment, so I would not have to waste a lot of time sitting around... 20 minutes of waiting after my supposed appointment time, another family came in for THEIR appointment, and waited all of 2 minutes... 30 minutes after my "appointment", while I'm still waiting... I was asked "would you like me to call another branch to see if they could get you in faster"?? I thought that was the purpose OF an appointment???!??? Then they have the gall to call, leave a voice mail (because I was driving home, tired of waiting) to say "come on back in, but you'd better hurry... we take our last appointment at 730. (my original appointment was for 630, they called to say come back in at 7:05)."
