"The whole process was disappointing. Cost estimate not provided up front as described on the website and on signs in the office I went to. Staff at the office didn't appear to be properly trained. I was asked multiple times to submit documents/information that I had already uploaded to the portal."
"Go to any location except the one on Lewis. people there are ghetto and not professional at all. a fat lady was smoking outside by the door by the way she was dress we didn’t think she was an employee so we reached for the door and while blowing out smoke to us she asked “how can I help you” like it was a local pizzeria or something not your tax place. After telling her what we needed help with she kept asking questions to be nosey because after the 10 questions she asked she said “oh well we can’t even help you we can’t even update emails” which made us annoyed she held such a long conversation knowing she couldn’t help. stop hiring incompetent people please!"
"The drop off service is genius! I was shocked in a good way that i could give minimal information with my W-2 and they did as much as they could without me having to sit through it, then called me to finish the rest the next day and it only took 12 minutes! Outstanding H&R Block! Job well done!!!!!"
