"I applied paid the app fee and haven’t heard anything it’s been almost a week now. I’ve been by the office 5 times and no one was there and this was multiple hours throughout the day. I have tried to call numerous times and just get a message mailbox is full. I feel I was scammed out of my app fee. Will not be signing a contract if I ever do hear back"

"My daughters rented an apartment there and moved out August 2022. Their apartment looked better than when they 1st rented. They have yet to receive their deposit. They have communicated with Sky via phone, email."

"Best of luck to anyone who decides to live here. Rent is cheap but you get what you pay for. . The crime rate is high, cops are often seen on property dealing with gang violence, domestic violence and other disruptions. Trash is scattered throughout the property. You can not walk more than a few steps around property grounds without stepping in dog feces. If something breaks, months will go by without being fixed. The AC unit out? Get yourself a window unit. Take a drive around the complex and count all the window units, see for yourself. Heater out, get yourself a space heater because no one will rush to fix it. The worst part is dealing with the property manager. She is rarely on property, slow to respond to emails. Ignores maintenence requests. The property manager lacks overall professionalism and decorum. There are other apartment complexes, SAFER ones, around Ardmore ... pick somewhere else."

"The place is nice however the management is awful nothing ever gets fixed! No one ever answers the phone & There is no Maintenance. We went without a Ac/heater for 6 months they never had anyone come out to look at it until 6mo later. Our light fixture above the stairs fell down and they didn't come fix that until 3 month's later and when they did they left a mess/sharp pieces all over the stairs and didn't clean it up. There are much better apartment complexs in ardmore definitely dont recommend. I was pregnant and had to go through last years extreme heat with no AC."

"This place has wonderful management now. When I first moved in the complex it was undergoing a swap in ownership. However, once the new owner took over it all became amazing when they had Sky take over the property management. She is always helpful and does not ever hesitate to answer a question I have as a young adult. She had made it the easiest experience I could have ever experienced. Thank you Sky for always being so kind and funny. Of course she had to be serious at times, but that is her job. The complex stays very well kept. They do a great job at choosing your neighbors to where you honestly make a little community you can fit in with. Thank you Lake Shore Landing for giving me an amazing first place to live! I will always miss this place and the wonderful staff. 10/10 I will recommend this place first."
