I have never felt so welcomed in a hotel, and every time, I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk through that door, he greets me very respectfully, and if I have any questions or need any help he is there to help, and always wishes me a good day. I couldn't ask for a better experience because of him."

"The actual entrance should have designating signs with arrows. The rear parking lot had no working lights. Room clean, nice, cozy. Breakfast was a great variety, tasty too!"

"Clean, large rooms. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was okay but definitely preferred over continental or to go breakfast options. We'll take hot breakfast any day. Felt very safe. Parking lot well lit and security cameras well placed."

"There was either a rat, or a lizard in my room. Whatever it was, it would move as soon as I turned all the lights off. I tried to switch rooms but was told that all the other rooms were booked. I could see an obvious crack in the door which allows critters and creatures to get in even when it's closed. The door either needs weather stripping applied, or needs to be replaced completely. The company I work for picked this hotel so I had no decision in that, and I was so scared about whatever was in the room with me that I slept with all of my clothes on... I didn't leave well rested at all because of this"

"I always expect clean economy rooms from choice. I had a little problem at this location with a room not up to my standards. The manager addressed my concerns with kindness and professionalism. Turning things around for me quickly. I will be back. This location is super close to Lake Murray, offering a beautiful piece of nature close by as well as restaurants and shopping. Not too far from Turner Falls as well. Felt like a safe location. Even left my Kyak in my truck overnight without issues."
