"My boyfriend and I moved into a brand new apartment last October and we have had the best experience. This is our first apartment so we were a little nervous with the process but Taylor walked us through it all. They were very accommodating to both our work schedules while trying their hardest to get us into the apartment we wanted as soon as possible. We have had no problems with our apartment and have throughly enjoyed living here. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of the amenities working. The fire pit has a missing knob so it is unusable. The gates going in and out of the preserve do not work. They stay open all day and all night. The outside grills are NOT clean and you have to provide your own cleaning supplies for them…there is also no fire safety around the grills. With that being said the Gym is a great amenity with new looking treadmills and a separate yoga room that we use everyday!!"

"The Preserve feels comfortable. Although construction is ongoing, it is fun to share in those ups and downs. I look forward to enjoying the completed facilities and grounds. Moving 169 miles to a sight unseen apartment was a leap of faith that did not disappoint. Taylor and Kenzie answered my many questions and took the time to get me that just right apartment. The onboarding technology and tenant portal work without a hitch, a big plus. Maintenance came promptly to fix those new construction glitches. Austin and Chris are quickly able to assess and correct my concerns. All in all, a nice place to be."

"I was among one of the first people to move into the apartment complex when it opened in July. Since I moved from Florida, I had to complete the entire process online and over the phone, but Taylor worked with me to make the moving process be a breeze. During the first couple of weeks, there were some hiccups which can be excepted when moving into a brand new complex that is still in the process of being built. However, the office and maintenance staff have been amazing in addressing any issues that came up. Taylor, Mackenzie and Austin are all very friendly and are always willing to address any problems. They always greet you with a smile and genuinely care about the residents living here. The complex is currently a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone looking for housing in Ardmore."

"Kenzie was such a delight to talk too. She answered all the questions I had and we had set up a tour. Between the time of the first phone call and touring I was able to talk to the manager Taylor who was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Kenzie showed us the floorplan of the apartment I was interested in and it was just outstanding. She was very helpful during the leasing process which is definitely needed since I’ll be coming from out of state. I can not wait to call this place my home."
