"I fulfilled my lease about 9 years ago, ( which they say I didn't by 2 weeks) then I turn around and get charged with $800 extra even though I didn't get my deposit back, me and my daughter spent all day deep cleaning walls, cleaning the carpets, cleaning ins and outs and they say so many things they charged me for. 800+ dollars I got to pay before I can move back in, they also say I didn't turn in the keys, it's all lies! Me and my daughter spent all day deep cleaning that apartment when I left!"

"This is a great place to live. Our property manager, Sandy, is very compassionate, and encourages resident engagement. She is always looking at ways to create a fun, clean and safe atmosphere for children and adults. We just had a community garage sale and now she is planning a halloween party, christmas party, movie nights, etc. She encourages residents to get together and help plan these events. Please understand that people's experience with an apartment complex is largely due to how the property manager runs it. After reviewing some of the past reviews, I can only assume the complex didn't have a very good property manager. I can honestly say if you are looking for a family-friendly apartment complex, this is a wonderful place to live. No bells and whistles, of course. But it is swarming with compassionate people, a wonderful property manager, a great maintenance repairman, community engagement and friendly faces."
