"This place is horrible. They literally harass you go into your apartment when you’re not there the place is infested with roaches. The landlord is a Pill Head the old lady that’s in the office is so nosy she smokes pot. This place is horrible. Do not I mean do not move in, this place is to be reported and shut down and condemned. Infested with roaches."

"Friendly Owner's, Management and Maintenance Staff. Management will do everything possible to make and keep your apartment up to date (repairs, paint etc.). The residents living here are laid back. Most are friendly and helpful; others keep to themselves but are also friendly if you have an urgent issue. Most residents are mindful of who visit here; but they are very respectful and treat visitors like other residents. Staff are not on-site after 5pm, nor Saturday and Sunday; but this small community takes care of their own. I enjoy living here. It's isolated ( but there is a subdivision behind it ) and in an industrial part of the city, but for me that adds to its appeal and charm. However; shopping and restaurants are located nearby as well as Sheppard Air Force Base. This complex is one of the cheapest places to live in the Wichita Falls area; but it is not trashy. I am a satisfied resident."
