"The complex doesn't take care of its tenants. No elderly mother was just evacuated due to natural disaster, and the district manager told my mother that her lease was null and void, while everyone else should be able to move back in within 30 days. Horrible place to live!!"

"DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION. I lived here for 3 years after I finished school. The apartment they showed us was nice, clean and even had a bar area! However, this was not the reality of the situation. When we moved in the bar was replaced by a bare, white wall, and hardwood floors had large gaps in them and were clearly unfinished and had paint splatters. The “new” carpets were instead dingy and stained. The master bedroom closet was missing a door and when we finally got the door put on it was not painted. The bathtub was an absolute wreck. We had them come in several times to seal it to keep water from leaking out but to no avail. The tub was also stained and extremely dingy. We waited 2 months to have our oven fixed, even longer to have fixes for the dishwasher and microwave. Long story short: DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION."

"PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE! As a former tenant of three years. nothing in my life has given me more constant anxiety and disappointment as living here. This complex loves to take advantage of its residence. My roommates and I were rushed into an unfinished apartment that was never corrected, despite being told so. The fake wood flooring does not line up and is missing several sections. The tub is in such a state, we had to call for them to seal it several times to unsuccessfully stop the leaking. When the oven stopped working, we "waiting for a part" for months. Unfortunately, we were "waiting for a part" for a year, to have the dishwasher fixed. It even took two years to get them to screw on the closet door in one of the bedrooms that never even got painted. I could tell similar stories about the windows, microwave, paint splatter and so much more. Despite all the conditions, and unavailability to find someone to care, we never missed a payment, were always on time, and courteous. In our move there, we also had to cleaned sections of the place that was NEVER cleaned upon move in. The biggest insult to injury came once we moved out. Months of calling and leaving messages to no avail, to finally reach someone just to be hung up on. IF YOU RENT HERE, YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. Please do not let yourself be scammed. No one to deserves to be mistreated this way in the place they call home."

"Affordable definitely. My apartment did not have bed bugs- I did hear horror stories about that but not the case here. The price point made for some unwanted characters for neighbors. Keep your doors locked, guns loaded and be respectful. You will be fine- keep in mind this is a starter place or maybe military since your not home much. I would not raise kids here."

"The price of these apartments are good. $350 p/m and that included rent, water and sewer/trash. I enjoy the apartment that I was in HOWEVER the pool was never open, the laundry room is extremely disgusting and none of the machines never work and after a while of living there receive some very un-welcome guess in our apartments. BED BUGS. They said we brought them with us while we never had them before until we moved in."
