Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

"The lady doing taxes here inside Walmart through Jackson Hewitt services is extremely rude. She looked extremely unprofessional, looked as if she hasn't showered in days. She kept oversharing about her personal life, about how she needs to save up for a car and how she's struggling with this job. Then she said a nasty comment. She said, " these illegals can't do anything right." She says this comment because she was complaining about another worker that messed with her desk. Will not be returning here to do taxes again."

"Iv always done our tax return but this year I had no time. So I used JH. I was very unorganized, not even w my own W2 in hand! Toria was great throughout all of it. I now have the piece of mind knowing our taxes were done w them. Thank you"

"I went to my local Walmart and the lady there was very nice and communicated with me on the process of my tax filing. She was very knowledgeable and quickly assisted me with helping me file my taxes for 2022. Am very please, will be back for next years filings. Have a blessed day"

"I went Jackson Hewitt at Walmart on 6100 s. Reno at 4:00 on the 13th. The lady that was there that did my taxes was rude as hell. She was so rude I even asked if she was mad about something. There was no hello, no smile nothing.I have never had any experience like it. I asked about the loan thing so I could get money back right there but she said no. When she was waiting for stuff to print or whatever she would just be giving me dirty looks. It was an awful experience. I would give it negitive 5 stars. The woman needs to be fired. I was shocked Jackson Hewitt letting her represent the company. I don't ever leave a bad review but this one truly deserves it. Awful!!!!"
