"This young man asked certain questions that we answered, but because we are not experts in the field of heat and air. We had used this company a couple of years ago and were always happy. We installed a new heat pump and etc. Come to find out that the installer did not wire it correctly, which has cost us on our power bill big time. Never the less, because of his expertise the problem was corrected and now we have heat. Blessings to your company once again. He should get a raise."

"It's that time for our annual (Winter) maintenance. Our J&J Burke tech was Pablo and he did an outstanding job. He was very professional and accommodating to the questions and concerns I shared about my AC unit. The appointment was quick and greatly appreciated. After I had turn on the heat to check it was in working order within jus a couple minutes the temp in the living area had definitely increased. He then gave me the confirmation that everything looked good and was working the way it should be and there were no need for any concerns.
