"Went into Firestone for a BACK WHEEL ALIGNMENT. Took it to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers a while back and was told they didn’t have the proper equipment to fix the problem. 0$ charge.. Called Firestone complete auto care thinking maybe they would have the proper equipment. Went in told them I needed a BACK WHEEL ALIGNMENT. They took it into the shop about a hour later they decided they couldn’t fix the issue either. However they did call me into the shop to show me the wear on my rear tires due to the rear alignment and tried to sell me tires. I declined!! Walked back into waiting area figured I was just waiting on my car to be pulled off lift. Come to find out that did a front wheel alignment without my permission or without even informing me of their intentions to do so even though I was sitting less than 20 feet away.. In the end I payed 114$ for a service I did not request they worked on something on my car without my permission and without at least touching base with me. So I’m out 114$ and still left the shop with the same issue I came in with BACK WHEEL ALIGNMENT! “Take it to Nissan Dealership that will be 114$ “ Now I don’t mind paying for a service but I didn’t need a front wheel alignment and now my back alignment is still off and I’m out 114$ just to be told take it to Nissan Dealership."
