WASTE CONNECTIONS - IOWA PARK

"The truck drivers are always very kind and friendly, but my trash is skipped on average at least once a month, some months I am missed consecutively for 2-3 times such as this month, for the last 3 years of using their service. When I call to try an get someone out after being missed they tell me repeatedly each day that someone will come out, until it is about time for my next regular trash day and then they say that a worker will be by on my regular day. When I ask for a credit for my missed day be added to my account, they refuse and still charge me $165 monthly for a polycart alone. I would use another business but I have no other service providers in my area except them."

"These guys are the best!!!! They never drop garbage on the ground and if they do they pick it up . For there willing to work in this weather you got to give them a pat on the back or a raise because they go above and beyond there job description. I thank them for what they do!! ."
