"Decent place to work be prepared to walk for 12 hours, and climb , with possible heavy lifting. Its very hot and loud here so be sure to wear ear plugs at all times. The work is fairly easy if you don't mind working with the random fools that get hired. The insurance they have is decent and they match up to a certain percentage of your 401k. When I was there they also had profit sharing that was given out quarterly. I found it very hard to get a raise here, given that you have to take some silly company information test to prove your worth. The company does not like talk of a union at all and will go to lengths to stuff talks of that out quickly. If the work starts to slow down here be prepared for a lay off especially if it's an election year."
