She said to call and they would try to come out that day. Very nice and understanding. Used them about 20 yrs ago and am just now needing some repair."

"Sand Springs Carpets have carpet layers that just glue down hall closet carpets and leave the front facing edging raw. They didn't tuck it under to give it a finished look. They did finish the edges for all 3 bedrooms but the 3 hall closets were left with a raw edge facing out. Very unprofessional looking. They did not vacuum the newly installed carpets when they were done, leaving extra work for the home owner. Very unhappy with the work. I will not recommend this company."
