"We purchased the wood and air filters we needed. But when we inquired about plastic tubs that were shown on line, the sales person sent us to aisle 39, only those weren't the same tubs. Now we have to drive 15 miles south to hopefully get the tubs we are needing. They really need to look at the item and make sure if they do or don't have it before sending people on a wild goose hunt."
"Worst customer service I've experienced. I went to buy plywood and was told by 3 different service staff they were too busy to help me, one tried to make it acceptable by adding that it was because they were short handed. Their "too busy" also cost that particular branch $2000 for the lawn tractor/mower I was going to buy."
"If you're a do-it-yourselfer, this is a good place to shop as any. Just don't look for any assistance trying to load items or ask questions to. Customer service is truly a thing of the past, so very sad. Stores used to love to greet their customers with a smile and a can-do-it attitude; always willing to help."
