"Do NOT buy trees here!!! They sold us trees knowing they would die because it gets too hot here, however we planted them in November and they still died!!! When we tried to get them to swap them out they will NOT give you a full refund or full credit, it’s only 40% off so regardless they continue to make money off you as you continue to waste your money on dying trees.. to make matters worse they said it was a known problem with these trees and they don’t even sell them anymore!! Horrible horrible customer service and even worse trees!! Save your money and go elsewhere!!!"
"Came in for a simple gift for my Secret Santa and met Santa himself in Kelly Marcum! This had been a difficult year for me and my family and by the end of my visit I had the perfect gift for my coworker, Kelly had a beautiful Christmas tree in the back of my SUV, and me in tears realizing that there are still good, caring people in the world today. I have shared this story with my coworkers and I just wanted everyone to know that Christmas miracles do happen. Thank you so much for the gift of humanity! The Christmas spirit still is out there and I was never more in need of it."
"Always looking for places that sell indoor plants. And i feel like we found a great place just for indoor plants, big green house full of almost everything. In the very back they have a room of rare plants. Highly recommend. Only thing is that I wish they would clean the leaves atleast of the rare plants. They're full of calcium deposits."
"They have an excellent selection of plants and succulents, trees, shrubs, indoors/outdoor and everything inbetween. Marcum's is in a great location for us. The parking is tight, especially as you enter so keep that in mind if you drive a bigger vehicle. All in all, it's well worth the trip if you're looking for plants or even just seeds. The employees are very friendly and helpful as you check out from helping you with loading plants and boxing your items. Thank you so much for our first experience here and we definitely plan to be regular customers."
