Dunkin'

"Im from Connecticut i dont live far from where the chain originated. I was excited to see one down here in Tulsa as nothing is familiar here. Ive never understood how most times it takes 5 to 10 minutes for a hot coffee and what should be a precooked sandwich that you slap together. Slow service is a huge killer for me, but the fact you have a pay window and then a food window still coming slow baffles me. No place like home i guess."

"Gone are the good ole days of Dunkin in Tulsa. Visited this location twice in last 2 weeks. 1st time-delayed response in drive thru, out of Munchkins-had to substitute. Out of pancakes as well. Person at window barely spoke to me. I was told continual truck delivery changes were the issue. 2nd time-delayed response in drive thru again. Very little interaction w/3 different workers; one was on her cell phone while bringing drink to window. Food & drink are decent, when they have it. Service and attitude are poor. Where is mgmt? Very disappointed."

"blond headed girl was so respectful and nice in the morning gave me her best opinion on her favorite drink and I absolutely loved it. I talk to her and she was so sweet. Need more people like her in the world"

"Walked in asked the kid behind the counter for their best flavored iced coffee, because I know nothing about iced coffee. She says nothing makes a regular iced black coffee. I asked did you put anything in other than ice? She said no. Did you want flavor? I said please that’s why I asked your best flavored iced coffee, it’s for my wife. Still charges me for both plus the two black coffee I bought. Takes my money and says have a good day. I’m like do I not get a cup holder for 4 coffees I just spent over 20 dollars for ? She stares at me. I’m like never mind I’ll figure it out. Thanks Tulsa for putting out your best for us."

"My husband and I came to the drive-thru around 8:20, this morning July 1st. We drove all the way to this location because our normal location is out of raspberry munchkins. So we drove here ordered 50 pack of raspberry munchkins, half dozen donuts (half glazed, other half chocolate), coffee cake muffin and 2 bacon egg and cheese croissant. Our total was $35.03, we paid in cash and did not get a receipt. When we got to the window to get the food the lady hands us 25 munchkins with our order. We had to tell her that she owes us 25 more munchkins. When we got home we realized that they didn't give us the correct donuts and no coffee cake muffin! Half of the order was missing. I tried calling to resolve this issue but they didn't answer the phone and the VM was full! We are hoping to get some sort of compensation to solve this issue. Hope to hear from someone soon!"
